This is the building in which the Maryland State Legislature holds its meetings and conducts state business. The Annapolis Waterfront is a beautiful setting where you can dine on the internationally renowned Chesapeake Bay blue crabs and on other seafood from the area. Downtown Annapolis has undergone an extensive makeover, and shopping there is relaxing and therapeutic. You can check out the shops on Main Street and on Maryland Avenue or you can go to the Westfield Annapolis Mall and browse the many stores and restaurants. The walking tour of historic Annapolis is a very pleasant way to spend an afternoon.
